Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin 1 kg
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Green cardamom 10
  • Dry fruits as required
  • Ghee as required

Method:

  1. First, peel pumpkin, boil it, put in chopper and make paste.
  2. Now add ghee, green cardamom, sugar and pumpkin paste in pan and roast it.
  3. Then add khoya and roast more.
  4. When halwa leaves all ghee, put in serving dish, garnish with dry fruits and serve.
