Paithay Ka Halwa by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Pumpkin 1 kg
- Khoya 250 gm
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Green cardamom 10
- Dry fruits as required
- Ghee as required
Method:
- First, peel pumpkin, boil it, put in chopper and make paste.
- Now add ghee, green cardamom, sugar and pumpkin paste in pan and roast it.
- Then add khoya and roast more.
- When halwa leaves all ghee, put in serving dish, garnish with dry fruits and serve.
