Ingredients:
- Butter 12 tbsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Eggs 2
- Flour 3 cups
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Strawberry milk mix 2 tbsp
Brown Butter Cinnamon Sugar Crust:
- Butter 8 tbsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- First preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
- Now ready muffin tin.
- Then put butter and sugar in bowl and beat for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Now put eggs one by one and mix it.
- Then mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Then take out 1/4 portion on dry ingredients from batter and stir it.
- Now add batter in 1/3 milk mixture and mix it.
- Then mix dry and moisture ingredients until mixture becomes dry and batter becomes smooth or soft.
- Now take 1-1/2 tbsp batter, fill in muffin moulds and bake in oven on 175 degrees C for 14-15 minutes.
- For brown butter cinnamon sugar crust: Melt butter until it becomes foam.
- Now beat it for 1-2 minutes until brown.
- Then remove form stove and put in bowl for dipping.
- Now add sugar and cinnamon.
- When muffin becomes cool, remove from tin and brush with melted butter on each sides.
- Then roll with ground cinnamon.
- In end, serve with strawberry cheese dip.
