Ingredients:

  • Butter 12 tbsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 3 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • Strawberry milk mix 2 tbsp

Brown Butter Cinnamon Sugar Crust:

  • Butter 8 tbsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Ground cinnamon 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
  2. Now ready muffin tin.
  3. Then put butter and sugar in bowl and beat for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Now put eggs one by one and mix it.
  5. Then mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  6. Then take out 1/4 portion on dry ingredients from batter and stir it.
  7. Now add batter in 1/3 milk mixture and mix it.
  8. Then mix dry and moisture ingredients until mixture becomes dry and batter becomes smooth or soft.
  9. Now take 1-1/2 tbsp batter, fill in muffin moulds and bake in oven on 175 degrees C for 14-15 minutes.
  10. For brown butter cinnamon sugar crust: Melt butter until it becomes foam.
  11. Now beat it for 1-2 minutes until brown.
  12. Then remove form stove and put in bowl for dipping.
  13. Now add sugar and cinnamon.
  14. When muffin becomes cool, remove from tin and brush with melted butter on each sides.
  15. Then roll with ground cinnamon.
  16. In end, serve with strawberry cheese dip.
