Ingredients:

  • Strained fine flour 1/2 cup
  • Strained flour 1/2 cup
  • Whipped yogurt 1 big cup
  • Boiled potato 1
  • Bondi 2 tbsp
  • Dry ginger powder 4 tbsp
  • Boiled kabuli chanay 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put strained fine flour, strained flour and 2 tbsp oil in bowl and knead with water.
  2. Now heat oil in karahi pan.
  3. Then roll roti of flour, cut small round papri, fry in hot oil until golden and take it out.
  4. Then dip papri in whipped yogurt and put in plate.
  5. Then cut boiled potato into small square pieces and put in it.
  6. Together add bondi, kabuli chanay, salt, red chili powder and chaat masala.
  7. Then spread dry ginger powder.
  8. You can also pit coriander chutney.
  9. In end, decorate wit pomegranate seeds and serve chat pati papri chaat.
