Ingredients:
- Tamarind 100 gm
- Jaggery 100 gm
- Chopped white cumin 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder as required
- Black salt as required
- Raisins as required
- Chopped date as required
- Cantaloupe seed as required
Method:
- Soak tamarind in water for 3 hours.
- Then crush tamarind with hand in this water and take out pulp.
- How heat tamarind pulp in sauce pan, add jaggery, chopped white cumin, red chili powder and salt and cook until jaggery and water becomes one.
- When mixture becomes thick, put in bowl.
- Then mix raisins, chopped date and cantaloupe.
- In end, when chill, fill imli ki chutney in bottle and keep in fridge.
