Ingredients:
- Milk 1 kg
- Bread 4 slices
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Boiled & peeled almonds, pistachios for garnish
- Cardamom for garnish
- Rabri as required
Method:
- Cook milk and thick it.
- Mix sugar and saffron and chill milk.
- Now cut bread slices into 2 inch thick.
- Then do bread slice in half, first in length and then in width and it will be total 16 pieces.
- Now heat oil in karahi pan, fry until brown, decorate in plate and put rabri.
- Then soak each pieces in rabri nicely so that rabri sticks.
- Then decorate sliced with boiled & peeled almonds and pistachios and cardamom and serve.
