Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Green tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Green chilies 12
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled spinach paste 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First heat oil, fry chicken and take out.
  2. Put ginger garlic paste in remaining oil. When fragrance comes, put green tomatoes, curry leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin and yogurt and roast it nicely.
  3. Then put fried chicken and roast it nicely.
  4. After that, put boiled spinach paste and lemon juice, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. When oil comes up, put all spice and serve with naan.
