Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Green tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Green onion 250 gm
- Green chilies 12
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves 10
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Boiled spinach paste 1/2 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First heat oil, fry chicken and take out.
- Put ginger garlic paste in remaining oil. When fragrance comes, put green tomatoes, curry leaves, green chilies, salt, cumin and yogurt and roast it nicely.
- Then put fried chicken and roast it nicely.
- After that, put boiled spinach paste and lemon juice, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- When oil comes up, put all spice and serve with naan.
