Ingredients:
- Chopped chilies 2 tsp
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Water 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put sugar, water and oil in yogurt and beat it nicely.
- Now put in pot, cook it and stir it continuously.
- When water dries and oil comes up, add tomatoes.
- After that, put chopped chilies, vinegar, mustard seeds, onion seeds, fennel seeds, salt, chopped ginger and all spice powder and roast it.
- Now add 2 cup water and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- In end, put chopped garlic and vinegar.
- Khata aloo gravy is ready.
