Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • Flour 8 oz
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Eggs 4
  • Flour 8 oz
  • Butter 8 oz
  • Jam 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  • Black raisins 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  • Cherries 2 tbsp
  • Orange peel 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For making base: Mix butter, sugar, salt and vanilla essence and beat until fluffy.
  2. Then beat egg in it.
  3. Then fold in flour.
  4. Then mix it, make dough and chill for 10 minutes.
  5. To beat filling with butter and eggs until light yellow and fluffy.
  6. Then add eggs 1 by 1 and beat it.
  7. After that, strain flour and baking powder.
  8. Now fold in black raisins, raisins and chopped almonds.
  9. Then fold in butter and egg mixture.
  10. Now add yogurt.
  11. Then roll pastry in dry flour and spread on 8 inch pie plate.
  12. Now spread jam on base.
  13. Now spread with filling nicely.
  14. In end, bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
