Ingredients:
For Base:
- Butter 4 oz
- Caster sugar 2 oz
- Flour 8 oz
- Egg 1 beaten
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
For Filling:
- Eggs 4
- Flour 8 oz
- Butter 8 oz
- Jam 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
- Black raisins 2 tbsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
- Cherries 2 tbsp
- Orange peel 2 tbsp
Method:
- For making base: Mix butter, sugar, salt and vanilla essence and beat until fluffy.
- Then beat egg in it.
- Then fold in flour.
- Then mix it, make dough and chill for 10 minutes.
- To beat filling with butter and eggs until light yellow and fluffy.
- Then add eggs 1 by 1 and beat it.
- After that, strain flour and baking powder.
- Now fold in black raisins, raisins and chopped almonds.
- Then fold in butter and egg mixture.
- Now add yogurt.
- Then roll pastry in dry flour and spread on 8 inch pie plate.
- Now spread jam on base.
- Now spread with filling nicely.
- In end, bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
