Stuff Cabbage In Gravy by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Cabbage 1
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Green chilies 5-6
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Chopped green onion 2-3 sticks
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Thread for binding
For Gravy:
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green coriander for garnish
Method:
- Put cabbage leaves in steamer, steam it for 10 minutes or boil in hot water for 1-2 minutes.
- When leaves becomes soft, take it out and chill it.
- Heat oil in pan, add chicken mince and ginger garlic paste and roast it.
- When mince is nicely roasted, put salt, mix it, take out in bowl and chill it.
- Now add green chilies, green coriander and chopped green onion and mix it.
- Then keep on cabbage leaves, make pocket and bind with thread.
- For gravy: Heat oil in pan, put onion paste and ginger garlic paste and roast it until color of mixture becomes badami.
- Now add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt and roast until mixture leaves oil.
- Now put in water, leave cabbage leaves with soft hands and keep on simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- When simmer is completed, dish out, garnish with green coriander and serve.
