Ingredients:

  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Tomato 1 kg
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil tomato, peel it and take out its seeds.
  2. Then put tomato in pot, add all ingredients and cook it.
  3. When steam comes, take out cinnamon, put in blender, make paste, put again in pot and roast it.
  4. When thick, take it put and chill it.
  5. Ketchup is ready.
