Ingredients:
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Tomato 1 kg
- White pepper 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cup
- Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil tomato, peel it and take out its seeds.
- Then put tomato in pot, add all ingredients and cook it.
- When steam comes, take out cinnamon, put in blender, make paste, put again in pot and roast it.
- When thick, take it put and chill it.
- Ketchup is ready.
