Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Almonds grinded 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Mace 1/4 tsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fries for serving
  • Boiled eggs for serving

Method:

  1. Now marinate chicken with all ingredients except oil, fries and boiled eggs for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, put marinated chicken, cover it and cook for 30 minutes until it becomes ready.
  3. In end, serve with fries and boiled eggs.
