Ingredients:
- Chicken 1
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Almonds grinded 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Roasted gram 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
- Mace 1/4 tsp
- Saffron 1/4 tsp
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fries for serving
- Boiled eggs for serving
Method:
- Now marinate chicken with all ingredients except oil, fries and boiled eggs for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil, put marinated chicken, cover it and cook for 30 minutes until it becomes ready.
- In end, serve with fries and boiled eggs.
