Jhatpat Masala Noodles by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boiled noodles 3 cups
  • Chicken tikka chunks 1 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Mushrooms 4 sliced
  • Baby corn 4
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Cheddar cheese for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat butter in pot and fry crushed garlic.
  2. Now add chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add chicken tikka chunks with tomato cubes, capsicum cubes, mushrooms sliced, baby corn, ketchup, black pepper, chicken powder, chili sauce, salt, boiled noodles and cream.
  4. After that put 1/2 cup water with lemon juice, cook for 2 minutes and take out.
  5. In end, garnish with cheddar cheese and parsley and serve.
