Ingredients:
- Flour 375 gm
- Egg 1
- Salt to taste
- Milk to make dough
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar powder 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
For Filling and Topping:
- Cream cheese 1 cup
- Beaten egg 4
- Ghee to fry
Method:
- Put all ingredients in pot, knead it and leave for 1 hour.
- For filling and topping: Make portions of flour, roll it and make roti.
- Now put on tawa and put ghee or oil on both sides.
- After that put beaten egg and turn it.
- In end, put cream cheese and roll it.
