Ingredients:

  • Flour 375 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk to make dough
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar powder 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Filling and Topping:

  • Cream cheese 1 cup
  • Beaten egg 4
  • Ghee to fry

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in pot, knead it and leave for 1 hour.
  2. For filling and topping: Make portions of flour, roll it and make roti.
  3. Now put on tawa and put ghee or oil on both sides.
  4. After that put beaten egg and turn it.
  5. In end, put cream cheese and roll it.
