Ingredients:
- Beef or Mutton 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Lemons 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash meat botiyan nicely, spread at some place and mash it lightly with heavy knife.
- Now put yogurt, chopped green chilies, lemon juice, papaya paste, poppy seeds powder, red chili powder, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste and salt in meat and keep for 2-1/2 hours.
- Then put masala gosht and oil in pot and cook on low flame
- When water of meat dries and tender, spread on one big dish and put ghee.
- After that, keep on tawa on low flame and cover it.
- Keep hot coal on cover.
- After that, serve delicious boti kabab with hot parathay.
