Ingredients:
For Cheesy Pops:
- Boiled mashed potatoes 1/2 kg
- Cheddar cheese 150 gm
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
- Green chilies 3-4
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
For Coating:
- White flour 1/2 cup
- Egg whites 4
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For making pops: Mix boiled mashed potatoes, grated cheddar cheese, green coriander, chopped garlic, green chilies and salt and make in different shape.
- For coating: Mix white flour, egg whites, black pepper and salt and make thick batter. Coating is ready.
- Dip cheesy pops in coating and coat bread crumbs.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry cheesy pops.
- Then take out, garnish with salad leaves and lemon and serve.
