Cheesy Pops by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Cheesy Pops:

  • Boiled mashed potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Cheddar cheese 150 gm
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

For Coating:

  • White flour 1/2 cup
  • Egg whites 4
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For making pops: Mix boiled mashed potatoes, grated cheddar cheese, green coriander, chopped garlic, green chilies and salt and make in different shape.
  2. For coating: Mix white flour, egg whites, black pepper and salt and make thick batter. Coating is ready.
  3. Dip cheesy pops in coating and coat bread crumbs.
  4. Now heat oil in pan and fry cheesy pops.
  5. Then take out, garnish with salad leaves and lemon and serve.
