Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped onion 2
- Big cardamom 2
- Lemons 2
- Cloves 4
- Garlic paste 6 cloves
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Green coriander, Green chili as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind big cardamom, cloves and black cumin in grinder.
- No mix coconut powder, yogurt, red chili, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt in mince nicely and keep for a while.
- Heat oil in pot, do chopped onion golden brown, take out half onion, put masala mince in half onion, roast it and simmer on tawa.
- In end, put green coriander, green chili, remaining fried onion and lemon juice and serve.
