Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Big cardamom 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Cloves 4
  • Garlic paste 6 cloves
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander, Green chili as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind big cardamom, cloves and black cumin in grinder.
  2. No mix coconut powder, yogurt, red chili, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt in mince nicely and keep for a while.
  3. Heat oil in pot, do chopped onion golden brown, take out half onion, put masala mince in half onion, roast it and simmer on tawa.
  4. In end, put green coriander, green chili, remaining fried onion and lemon juice and serve.
