Ingredients:
- Drum sticks 1/2 kg
- Lotus stem 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Tomato 3-4
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Soya 1/2 bunch
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean lotus steam, wash it and boil it.
- Now cut into pieces.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry onion and chopped ginger.
- Now put drum sticks and fry it.
- Then add tomato and roast it.
- After that, add yogurt, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander powder, all spice powder and salt and cook it nicely.
- Now add lotus stem and water as required and cook until lotus stem tender.
- When mixture becomes thick, dish out, garnish with soya and serve.
