Grilled Kafta Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Olives 10
  • Chopped parsley 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put olives, garlic cloves, salt, chopped onions, chopped parsley, coriander powder, cumin, all spice powder, white pepper, ginger and black pepper powder in boneless chicken and mix it.
  2. Now grind it finely.
  3. Dip shashlik sticks in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Now skew mixture balls in sticks.
  5. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Now heat oil in grill pan or frying pan and fry it.
