Grilled Kafta Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chopped onions 3
- Olives 10
- Chopped parsley 1/2 bunch
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put olives, garlic cloves, salt, chopped onions, chopped parsley, coriander powder, cumin, all spice powder, white pepper, ginger and black pepper powder in boneless chicken and mix it.
- Now grind it finely.
- Dip shashlik sticks in water for 30 minutes.
- Now skew mixture balls in sticks.
- Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Now heat oil in grill pan or frying pan and fry it.
