Oven Baked Lamb Maghluba by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Lamb or Mutton 1 kg
- Rice 1 kg
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Brinjal 1
- Fried potatoes 4
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1
- Water 4 glasses
Method:
- Put garlic cloves, ginger and salt in lamb or mutton and boil it.
- When meat tender, separate stock or meat.
- Then fry meat in olive oil nicely and take out when golden.
- Now put stock, black pepper, cumin, salt and all spice powder in this pot and cook it.
- When boils, add rice.
- When water of rice dries, then take out in dish.
