Baked Yogurt Chicken by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Butter 6 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Paprika 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Sliced mushrooms a few
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chopped parsley 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- To chicken add salt and pepper.
- In large pan, melt 4 tbsp butter, fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Remove to buttered shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle flour and paprika into pan juice and cook, stirring for 1 minutes.
- Stir in yogurt and mix well.
- Spoon over the chicken.
- Saute the mushrooms in the remaining butter and lemon juice for 1 minute and spoon over the chicken and yogurt.
- Sprinkle with the parsley.
- Bake, covered, in a preheated 180 degrees C for about 30 min to an hour or until chicken is tender.
