Ingredients:
- White flour 300 gm
- Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Green chilies 2-3
- Chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
- Chopped onion 1
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Olives 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it and leave it.
- When yeast rises, put in mixing bowl.
- Now put white flour, salt and leave 2-3 tbsp of butter out of 1/2 cup, add in it and knead with milk or water.
- Now cover it and leave it for 2-3 hours.
- After that, take out and make portions.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry onion and chopped garlic cloves.
- Now add chicken mince, roast it, add chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and cumin powder and roast it.
- Now remove it and chill it.
- Now mix olives and mozzarella cheese.
- Now stuff it in center of rolled roti, turn it and close it.
- In end, brush with egg and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes, take out and serve hot.
