Pahadi Karahi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Beef mince 250 gm
- Yogurt 125 gm
- Chopped tomato 4
- Green chilies 6-8
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ginger & green chilies for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil, fry chicken, take out and keep it aside.
- Then fry chopped garlic and chopped ginger in this oil and roast mince.
- Now add chopped tomato, yogurt, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, black pepper, all spice powder and red chili and roast it.
- When meat tender and karahi leaves oil, add fried chicken and mix it.
- Then put ginger and green chilies, mix it, dish out it and serve.
