Pineapple & Khopra Halwa by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple 1
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Kewra essence few drops

Method:

  1. Roast grated coconut.
  2. Add sugar, water as required and pineapple in pan, make syrup, add roasted coconut and mix it.
  3. Roast semolina in second pan.
  4. Then add khoya and sugar and roast it.
  5. When khoya and sugar is mixed, add kewra essence, mix it, remove it and chill it.
  6. Then spread in dish base, put syrup on top, chill it and serve.
