Pineapple & Khopra Halwa by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Pineapple 1
- Grated coconut 1 cup
- Khoya 250 gm
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Semolina 250 gm
- Kewra essence few drops
Method:
- Roast grated coconut.
- Add sugar, water as required and pineapple in pan, make syrup, add roasted coconut and mix it.
- Roast semolina in second pan.
- Then add khoya and sugar and roast it.
- When khoya and sugar is mixed, add kewra essence, mix it, remove it and chill it.
- Then spread in dish base, put syrup on top, chill it and serve.
