Bhopali Seekh Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Ghee 1/4 cup
- Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Mace grinded 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Brown onion 3 tbsp
Method:
- Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now chop it and chill it for 30 minutes.
- Now make seekh kabab and bake it or pan fry it.
- In end, garnish with onion rings and tomato slice and serve.
