Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Cloves 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First flat mutton chops with steak hammer.
  2. Now marinate it with raw papaya, ginger garlic paste and salt and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Then sprinkle gram flour on it.
  4. Now put white cumin, black cardamom, chat masala, clove, lemon juice, mustard seeds and chili powder in yogurt, mix it nicely and make paste.
  5. Now marinate chops with this paste for 2 hours and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. In end, serve with lemon pieces and onion slices.
