Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Water 2 cups
- Capsicum 2
- Onion 2
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
For Tomato Puree:
- Chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Green chilies 2
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Orange color pinch
Method:
- For tomato puree: Heat oil and fry chopped onion and green chilies until light golden.
- Now put chopped tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes and take out.
- Then chill it, blend with orange color and keep it aside/
- For chili chicken: Heat oil, put onion and capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add blended tomato sauce, ketchup and chili sauce and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then put boiled chicken and cook on low flame until chicken tender and oil comes up.
- For boil chicken: Boil chicken with 2 cup water, chili powder, salt and ginger garlic paste until it becomes ready.
