Ingredients:

  • Milk 4 cups
  • Ground rice 3-1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio sliced 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put milk in pan and boil it.
  2. Now add ground rice.
  3. Then add some water in mixture and stir it continuously until thick and smooth.
  4. Then add sugar and keep on simmer for few minutes.
  5. Now remove from stove.
  6. After that, add rose water, saffron and green cardamom, put in different mould and garnish with pistachio sliced.
