Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Samosa wraps 2 cups
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, red chili flakes,
salt, lemon juice, all spice powder and brown sugar in chicken and keep
it for overnight.
- Now keep it in chalni so that it water drains out.
- Then beat eggs and coat it.
- In end, coat in samosa wraps and fry it.
