Crispy Chicken Balls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
- Bread 3 slices
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
Method:
- First put chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, wooster sauce and 1 cup water in sauce pan and cook until chicken tender.
- Now take it out and shred chicken.
- Then mix it in remaining thick masalay.
- Then mix it in soaked bread slices.
- Now add 1 egg in it and mix it nicely.
- Now put 1 egg with coriander leaves and green chilies and make balls.
- Then dip in beaten eggs and roll with bread crumbs.
- In end, fry it.
