Crispy Chicken Balls by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Bread 3 slices
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2

Method:

  1. First put chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, wooster sauce and 1 cup water in sauce pan and cook until chicken tender.
  2. Now take it out and shred chicken.
  3. Then mix it in remaining thick masalay.
  4. Then mix it in soaked bread slices.
  5. Now add 1 egg in it and mix it nicely.
  6. Now put 1 egg with coriander leaves and green chilies and make balls.
  7. Then dip in beaten eggs and roll with bread crumbs.
  8. In end, fry it.
