Ingredients:

  • Egg yolks 3
  • Sugar 3 oz
  • Fresh cream 8 oz
  • Gelatin powder 3 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yellow food color few drops
  • Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
  • Pineapple slices few
  • Cherries 6-8

Method:

  1. First dissolve gelatin powder in water.
  2. Now mix egg yolks with sugar and milk in one dish and cook on low flame.
  3. Together stir it continuously.
  4. It does not boil.
  5. Then remove from stove.
  6. Now put pineapple essence, yellow food color and dissolved gelatin powder, mix it and chill it.
  7. Then fold it with beaten fresh cream.
  8. Now grease glass pie dish.
  9. Then decorate pineapple slices in shape of rings on base and sides.
  10. After that cover with cherries on top.
  11. Now cover mixture with pineapple slices.
  12. In end, set it for 2 hours.
  13. Before serving, turn it.
