Ingredients:
- Egg yolks 3
- Sugar 3 oz
- Fresh cream 8 oz
- Gelatin powder 3 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Yellow food color few drops
- Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
- Pineapple slices few
- Cherries 6-8
Method:
- First dissolve gelatin powder in water.
- Now mix egg yolks with sugar and milk in one dish and cook on low flame.
- Together stir it continuously.
- It does not boil.
- Then remove from stove.
- Now put pineapple essence, yellow food color and dissolved gelatin powder, mix it and chill it.
- Then fold it with beaten fresh cream.
- Now grease glass pie dish.
- Then decorate pineapple slices in shape of rings on base and sides.
- After that cover with cherries on top.
- Now cover mixture with pineapple slices.
- In end, set it for 2 hours.
- Before serving, turn it.
