Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Flour 2 cups
- Sugar powder 2 cups
- Oil 1 cup
- Mix dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Coco powder 4 tbsp
Method:
- Put yogurt, oil and vanilla essence in one pot and beat it nicely.
- Now put sugar powder, salt and eggs and beat more.
- Then add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix dry fruits and fold it.
- After that, grease pudding mould, put cake mixture and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Moroccan yogurt chocolate cake is ready.
