Mince Cutlets In Tomato Gravy by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Bread 3
- Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1-2
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for frying
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Fries to serve
For Tomato Gravy:
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- Onion 1/2 cup
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- For making cutlets: Marinate mince with onion chopped, ginger garlic, turmeric, green chilies, coriander leaves, wooster sauce, salt, crushed red pepper, all spice and egg for 30 minutes.
- Now give small cutlets shape and spread on bread crumbs.
- Then dip in beaten eggs, golden fry it and keep it aside.
- For tomato gravy: Heat oil in pan, put onion and fry until light golden.
- Now add tomato puree and water with tomato paste, white cumin seeds, garlic, crushed red pepper and salt.
- Then put vinegar and sugar and cook until thick.
- Now put cutlets in tomato gravy, cook more for 10 minutes, take out and put in serving platter.
- In end serve with boiled peas and fries.
