Ingredients:

For Samosa Strip:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Boneless chicken 200 gm
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For samosa strip: Put white flour in mixing bowl.
  2. Then add ghee, salt and water as required, knead flour for strip and leave for a while.
  3. Then roll it, make strips.
  4. For filling: Heat oil in pan, put boneless chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
  5. Then put chopped onion.
  6. When onion is fried, add black pepper, crushed red chili, all spice powder and salt and roast it nicely.
  7. Then take it out, put in mixing bowl and chill it.
  8. Now do filling in center of samosa strips, spread egg on edges and close like chand.
  9. In end, deep fry samosa in hot oil.
  10. Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
