Ingredients:
For Samosa Strip:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Boneless chicken 200 gm
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For samosa strip: Put white flour in mixing bowl.
- Then add ghee, salt and water as required, knead flour for strip and leave for a while.
- Then roll it, make strips.
- For filling: Heat oil in pan, put boneless chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Then put chopped onion.
- When onion is fried, add black pepper, crushed red chili, all spice powder and salt and roast it nicely.
- Then take it out, put in mixing bowl and chill it.
- Now do filling in center of samosa strips, spread egg on edges and close like chand.
- In end, deep fry samosa in hot oil.
- Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
