Ingredients:

  • Brain 4
  • Eggs 2
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Green chilies 4
  • Black peppercorn 6
  • Water 3 cups
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • All spice masala 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil brain with 3 cup water, green chilies and garlic cloves in pot. Then clean it and cut into 6 pieces each.
  2. Now grind all spice masala, green chilies, green coriander, roasted cumin powder, salt and red chili powder like chutney and paste on brain pieces.
  3. After that, put rice flour, dip in egg whites and fry in little oil.
  4. When golden, take out and spread on paper.
  5. Sprinkle some gram flour and serve with tamarind chutney and green chutney.
