Ingredients:
- Brain 4
- Eggs 2
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Green chilies 4
- Black peppercorn 6
- Water 3 cups
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- All spice masala 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil brain with 3 cup water, green chilies and garlic cloves in pot. Then clean it and cut into 6 pieces each.
- Now grind all spice masala, green chilies, green coriander, roasted cumin powder, salt and red chili powder like chutney and paste on brain pieces.
- After that, put rice flour, dip in egg whites and fry in little oil.
- When golden, take out and spread on paper.
- Sprinkle some gram flour and serve with tamarind chutney and green chutney.
