Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Onions 2
- Red chilies 5-6
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Flour 1 cup
- Dry mango slices 10-12
- Toor daal 1 cup
- Water 3 cups
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp oil and little water in mutton and boil it.
- Now add daal in 4 cup water and boil it. Then strain it and keep separate.
- Now put boiled daal, 1 tbsp oil and salt in pan and stir fry it.
- Then put daal water in pan, put mint leaves, dry mango slices and flour and mix it.
- Now add boiled meat. Then put 1/2 cup oil in sauce pan, put fenugreek leaves and red chili powder, ready tarka and put in meat.
- Then make layer of boiled rice in platter and put daal mixture. Now put mutton gravy.
- In end, garnish with green coriander and green chilies and serve.
