Ingredients:

  • Undercut 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Button red chilies 8
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Potatoes boiled & peeled 2
  • Onion cubes 2
  • Capsicum cubes 2
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Skewers as required

Method:

  1. First soak button red chilies, then grind it and make paste.
  2. Now marinate undercut cubes with red chilies paste, ginger garlic paste, wooster sauce, salt, black pepper and oil for 1 hour.
  3. Then put in one pan and cook before cover until water dries.
  4. Then take it out and chill.
  5. Then skew meat pieces with boiled & peeled potatoes, capsicum cubes and onion cubes in skewers in order.
  6. Now roll skewers in bread crumbs, dip in beaten eggs and dry until golden.
