Coconut Swiss Roll Pineapple Delight by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Biscuits 1 packet
- Chocolate swiss roll 4-5
- Pineapple syrup 1 cup
- Pineapple tidbits 1 cup
- Whipped cream 400 gm
- Icing sugar 2 oz
- Melted milk chocolate 200 gm
- Gelatin 1 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Grated chocolate for decoration
Method:
- First spread biscuits on base of rectangular pyrex dish.
- Then moist it with pineapple syrup.
- Give light layer of chocolate swiss roll, pineapple tidbits and whipped cream on top.
- Now mix with melted milk chocolate and dissolved gelatin.
- Then give layer again and chill it in fridge for 1 hour.
- In end, decorate it with grated chocolate and piped cream.
