Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put cottage cheese in one bowl. Together mix red chili flakes, crushed black pepper, lemon juice, chopped green chilies, roasted cumin powder, chopped green coriander and salt nicely.
  2. Put flour and eggs in second bowl, beat it nicely and mix masala cheese.
  3. After that, heat oil in karahi pan. Then take 1 tbsp ready cheese, put in hot oil, fry until golden brown and take out.
  4. Fry all cheese lie this and keep in one dish.
  5. Now serve with tomato sauce and chili sauce.
