Rosemary Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Rice 300 gm
- Chicken cube 1
- Sliced capsicum 1/2 cup
- Sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oregano as required
- Rosemary as required
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash rice and clean it.
- Now soak rice for 1 hour.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry chopped garlic.
- Now add capsicum, crushed red pepper and tomato paste and roast it.
- Then add rice and chicken cube, add water as required and cook until rice tender.
- Add oregano and rosemary and simmer it.
- When simmer is completed, dish out and serve.
