Rosemary Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Rice 300 gm
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Sliced capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano as required
  • Rosemary as required
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice and clean it.
  2. Now soak rice for 1 hour.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry chopped garlic.
  4. Now add capsicum, crushed red pepper and tomato paste and roast it.
  5. Then add rice and chicken cube, add water as required and cook until rice tender.
  6. Add oregano and rosemary and simmer it.
  7. When simmer is completed, dish out and serve.
