Mexican Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Honey 1/2 cup
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili paste 2-3 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 8-10 cloves
- Vinegar 3-4 tbsp
- Green onion 2-3 sticks
- Chicken cube 1-2
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First put salt on chicken and deep fry in hot oil.
- Heat oil in second pan, put chopped garlic and saute it lightly.
- Now mix honey, red chili paste, vinegar, cumin powder and salt in it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add chicken cube and water as required and cook it.
- When sauce becomes thick, put fried chicken and mix it nicely.
- In end, dish out it and serve.
