Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 250 gm
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soda by carb 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First soak chickpeas overnight and grind it with little water in chopper.
  2. Now put all ingredients in it, mix it nicely and deep fry it in hot oil.
