Methi Bhaji Bedo by Tasneem Mapara

Ingredients:

  • Fenugreek leaves 8 bunch
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh green peas 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ground red chilies 1 tsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First wash fenugreek leaves nicely and keep it.
  2. Now heat little oil in pan and saute onion chopped until pink.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ground red chilies and onion in one bowl and mix it.
  4. Then put carrot and fresh green peas and cook for few minutes until peas becomes soft.
  5. Now add fenugreek leaves, tomatoes chopped, eggs mixture and ghee and mix it.
