Shredded Beef Kabab by Tasneem Mapara

Ingredients:
- Beef boneless 1/2 kg
- Mashed potatoes 3-4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Poppy seeds grounded 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
- Red capsicum 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs as required
- Eggs 2
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Marinate beef boneless with ginger garlic paste, salt, poppy seeds, cumin powder, black pepper and red capsicum and keep it.
- Now boil water in pan, put meat and soft it. Together add mashed potatoes.
- Now give shape of kabab of mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
- Beat eggs , dip kabab and fry until golden.
- In end, serve with chutney.
