Mutton Razala by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Cinnamon sticks 2-3
- Cloves 2-3
- Big cardamom 2-3
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Grated coconut 1/2 cup
- White pepper 1/3 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Kewra essence few drops
- Cashew nut 50 gm
- Khoya 50 gm
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and roast cinnamon, cloves and big cardamom.
- Now add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add mutton, roast it, add water as required and cook until meat tender.
- Now add yogurt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, grated coconut and white pepper, mix it nicely and cook until meat tender and masala roast.
- Now add khoya and kewra essence, mix it and take out in dish.
- In end, heat oil and fry cashew nut.
- After that, garnish mutton razala with fried cashew nut and serve.
