Fried Khaosuey by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Undercut thinly sliced 400 gm
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Water 2 cups
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Onion 1 sliced
- Carrot 1
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Capsicum 1 sliced
- Spaghetti boiled 3 cups
- Samosa strips fried 6
Method:
- Boiled undercut beef with soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic paste and 1 cup water until it tender and dry.
- Then heat oil, do onion sliced light golden and take out.
- Now put carrot julienne, boiled meat, capsicum sliced, boiled spaghetti, tomato puree, salt, crushed red chili and soya sauce and mix it nicely.
- Then add green coriander and green chilies and serve with fried samosa strips.
