Ingredients:
For Tortillas:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Water to knead
For Filling:
- Chicken 2 breast
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- BBQ sauce 3 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
- Mushroom sliced 4
Method:
- For tortillas: Put all ingredients in bowl, knead it, make smooth dough and keep it.
- Now make balls.
- Then make dinner size roll and cook it until it becomes ready.
- For filling: Marinate chicken breast stripes with salt, paprika, mustard powder, ginger garlic paste, wooster sauce and ketchup.
- Now pan fry chicken stripes in hot oil until it becomes ready.
- Now spread tortillas on one smooth layer and fill with grated cheddar cheese, chicken, mushroom sliced and bbq sauce.
- Now roll from sides.
- Then roll it again and grill in pan until golden.
- In end, serve hot.
