Ingredients:

For Tortillas:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water to knead

For Filling:

  • Chicken 2 breast
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • BBQ sauce 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 4 tbsp
  • Mushroom sliced 4

Method:

  1. For tortillas: Put all ingredients in bowl, knead it, make smooth dough and keep it.
  2. Now make balls.
  3. Then make dinner size roll and cook it until it becomes ready.
  4. For filling: Marinate chicken breast stripes with salt, paprika, mustard powder, ginger garlic paste, wooster sauce and ketchup.
  5. Now pan fry chicken stripes in hot oil until it becomes ready.
  6. Now spread tortillas on one smooth layer and fill with grated cheddar cheese, chicken, mushroom sliced and bbq sauce.
  7. Now roll from sides.
  8. Then roll it again and grill in pan until golden.
  9. In end, serve hot.
