Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onion 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder

For Vegetables:

  • German chilies 6
  • Lady fingers 6
  • Bitter gourd 2
  • Brinjals 2
  • Tomato paste 1/2 kg
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in beef mince and mix it nicely.
  2. Now cut German chilies, lady fingers, bitter gourd and brinjals from center and fill mince in it.
  3. Then heat oil, put mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  4. When fragrance comes, put tomato paste and salt.
  5. When it boils, put keema bhari sabziyan and cover it for 10 minutes.
  6. When vegetables tender, roast on high flame, cut green coriander and sprinkle it.
