Ingredients:

For Marinade:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Peanuts 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Mix 2 tbsp soya sauce, white vinegar, corn flour, ginger garlic paste and salt in boneless chicken, boil in its own water and dry it.
  2. Now mix corn flour, egg whites, 1 tbsp soya sauce and some salt in boiled chicken nicely.
  3. Then heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry chicken until golden brown and take out.
  4. After that, fry peanuts and chopped green chilies lightly and mix in chicken.
  5. In end, put crushed black pepper and serve hot.
