Sizzling Chicken Breast by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Chicken breast 1/2 kg
• Green chili paste 2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Ginger garlic 2 tsp
• Tomato paste 1 cup
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Water 1 cup

To Prepare Sizzling:

• Butter 50 gm
• Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
• Chili sauce 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Stock 1 cup
• Corn flour 1 tsp
  

Method:

1. Put all ingredients in one pot and cook on low flame.
2. When chicken tender, close stove.
3. For sizzling: Mix all ingredients except butter.
4. After that, heat sizzling platter and put butter.
5. Then put chicken and sizzling.
6. In end, serve sizzling chicken breast.
