Ingredients:
- Bhindi 250 gm
- Onion 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Tomato 2 slices
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First heat oil, fry bhindi slice for 5 minutes and take out.
- Add onion slice in this oil and fry until light golden.
- Then put ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, turmeric, salt, onion seeds and tomato slices and fry it nicely.
- After that, add fried bhindi, cover it and leave on simmer for 10 minutes.
